2014 Cincinnati Football Student Ticket Policy

Cincinnati students must meet one of the following criteria to be eligible to claim / purchase a student ticket for games at Paul Brown Stadium.

    1. Must be enrolled as a full time student
    2. Graduate / Intern / Co-op / Part time students must verify the Student Life fee payment through the Bursar’s Office

The list of eligible students is provided to the Cincinnati Athletics Department by One Stop. Students who are deemed eligible may purchase student season tickets, however, if the Student Life fee is not paid, season tickets will be removed from their account.

Student season tickets are now on sale!

Eligible students have two options for student tickets:

General Information
  • Approximately 3,000 reserved season tickets will be available.
  • Cost: Student Season Ticket $60 / Student Guest Season Ticket $90
  • Students are allowed up to two student guest season tickets. These tickets can be used by friends or family and are also located in the general admission student section.
  • All reserved season tickets will have access to the general admission seating in the student section in the north endzone – Sections 120,122,124,126,128,129,130, 222,224,226,228,230
  • Season Tickets guarantee students a ticket to each of the six home games.
  • All student season tickets will be placed in will call. Students can pick up their season tickets after August 23rd by stopping by the ticket office (Lindner Center, Suite 480) during normal business hours.
Ordering Instructions and Payment Information
  • The cost of a reserved season ticket is $60.
  • Below are the different options on how you can secure student season tickets.
    • Students can go to www.gobearcats.com/tickets and log in to their account to purchase student tickets. Incoming students will not be able to order online until the start of school.
    • Phone – Students can call the ticket office at 1.877.CATS.TIX (2287.849) to order their season tickets
    • In Person – Students can order season tickets in person at the ticket office located in the Lindner Center, Suite 480.
General Information
  • Single Game Tickets will be distributed 10 days prior to each home game.
  • Approximately 3,000 tickets will be available for each game.
  • General Admission Seating in sections 120,122,124,126,128,129,130, 222,224,226,228,230
  • Obtain these tickets by either going to the ticket office (Lindner Center, Suite 480) or by ordering online at www.gobearcats.com/tickets.

Student Transportation
  • Athletics Shuttle Service
    • The athletics shuttle service is now SOLD OUT. This pass will allow student season ticket holders and guest season tickets holders to take a shuttle from campus down to Paul Brown Stadium and back. Students will receive six game specific wristbands that will serve as their pass onto the shuttle. This shuttle will begin three hours prior to kick off and will begin returning at the start of the 4th quarter.
    • TO PAUL BROWN STADIUM: Shuttles will pick-up and drop off from the Myers Alumni Center or at U-Square at the Loop (near Lime and Keystone). Students MUST have their purchased wristbands to board the bus.
    • TO CAMPUS: After the conclusion of the game students should had to the transit center to board the shuttles back to campus. Students MUST wear their wristbands to board the bus.
  • Go-Metro Card
    • Sign up for the Go-Metro easy card. Sign up is free and is only $1 per trip when used. Cards can be activated starting August 8th. Metro routes 17,19,24,46,78 and Metro Plus connect main campus to downtown with a short walk to Paul Brown Stadium. For more information, click here.
  • Bearcat Transit System (BTS)
    • Two shuttles are offered from campus to The Banks downtown. This is a free service but be advised that the shuttles are limited. Please call 513.556.4424 or visit www.uc.edu and search BTS for additional information.

Parking Information

  • Parking is available on the day of the game for $20 in the following locations: Lot A, Lot B, Lot D, Lot E, and Central Riverfront Garage.
  • Parking lots will open four (4) hours prior to games that are held on Saturday.
  • Parking lots will open at 5:00 P.M. for games that are held on weeknights.
  • Tailgating is permitted in the Lot A, Lot B, Lot D, and Lot E.
  • Tailgating is not permitted in Central Riverfront Garage.
  • The clearance for Central Riverfront Garage is 8’2”.

Frequently Asked Questions

Aisle Traffic In consideration of all guests, please try to keep all aisles and vomitories clear.

All Paul Brown Stadium gates will open ninety (90) minutes prior to kickoff. Children under the age of two will not be required to have a ticket to gain admission. Once you enter the stadium, you may not exit and then re-enter. Medical emergencies are the ONLY exceptions.

Ticket stubs should be retained throughout the game to allow ushers to verify seat locations to which holders are entitled

The following alcohol policies are in place to ensure that all guests enjoy the event in a safe and comfortable environment.

  • No alcohol will be sold to a guest who appears to be intoxicated
  • Guests passing alcohol to minors will be ejected and subject to arrest
  • Guests possessing alcohol who do not have proof of being at least 21 years of age may be ejected
  • We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest.

ATMs are located throughout the stadium for guest convenience at the following locations:

  • Outside Stadium - North Plaza outside Gate C
  • North Plaza - inside the Pro Shop
  • East Sideline - Section 140

To help assure an enjoyable football viewing experience for all fans attending games at Paul Brown Stadium, guests must observe the following policy:

  • Banners must not contain profane or obscene material
  • Banners must not be hung, held or carried in a manner that interferes with or obstructs the view of other guests
  • Banners must not cover or obscure any fixed or electronic Paul Brown Stadium signage
  • Banners must not be affixed to poles or sticks
  • Banners may not be larger than 3 ft x 8 ft.
  • Banners may not be hung over field wall graphics.

Banners may be hung from the stadium façade provided they otherwise meet these requirements. Stadium management reserves the right to prohibit banners due to space availability and message content

Small cameras are permitted in Paul Brown Stadium. However, please refrain from the use of flash photography. Children

Children under the age of two (2) are not required to have a ticket to enter the stadium.

Club Seat guests may enter Paul Brown Stadium at the designated Club entries adjacent to Gates A and D as well as any other gate and may access either of the two club lounges.

A wide variety of food, drink and merchandise stands are located throughout Paul Brown Stadium.

From I-75N/I-71N: Take I-75/I-71 north to the 2nd or 5th Street exit in Ohio; follow traffic police to desired parking lot.

From I-75 South: Take I-75 south to the Freeman Avenue exit and go south on Freeman Avenue; turn left on Mehring Way and follow directional signs and traffic police to desired parking lot.

From I-71 South: Take I-71 south to the Gilbert Avenue/Riverfront Parking exit or 3rd street/Downtown Parking exit and follow directional signs and traffic police to desired parking lot.

From I-471: Take I-471 north to west US 50/I-75; take the 3rd Street exit and go west on 3rd Street; follow the traffic police to the desired parking lot.

Elevators are reserved for use by disabled guests (along with one campanion) as well as suite holders and club seat patrons.

For the convenience of families visiting Paul Brown Stadium we have 14 family restrooms located throughout the stadium at:

  • East Sideline - Sections 134 and 146
  • West Sideline - Sections 104 and 116
  • Plaza - Sections 102, 118, 132, 148 and 150
  • North Club - Section 224
  • East Canopy - Sections 337 and 343
  • West Canopy - Sections 306 and 314
  • East Club Lounge
  • West Club Lounge

The Cincinnati Bearcats have established a "Fan Code of Conduct" for all of our season ticket holders, their guests and other fans who attend our games. We are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all of our fans in the stadium. We want all fans attending our games to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion. 

The following behavior is prohibited in the stadium and in the parking lots listed above:

  • Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the field)
  • Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption that result in rude or irresponsible behavior
  • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature
  • Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures
  • Foul or abusive language or gestures
  • Sitting in a location other than the Guest's ticketed seat
  • Standing, sitting or loitering in aisles
  • Standing on seats or chairs
  • Smoking in any area of Paul Brown Stadium
  • Displays of affection not appropriate in a public setting
  • Public indecency
  • Possession and/or use of illegal drugs or firearms
  • Obscene, indecent or offensive clothing
  • Failing to comply with instructions from ushers, parking attendants, security or law enforcement
  • Interfering with other fans ability to enjoy the game

All Season Ticket Holders and Parking Pass Holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests as well as those using their tickets or parking passes. Violations, by either the Season Ticket Holder or anyone using their tickets may result in being ejected from the stadium.

First Aid stations are located throughout the stadium at:

  • East Sideline - Section 136
  • West Sideline - Section 116
  • North Plaza - Section 129
  • East Canopy - Section 334

There are seven (7) entry gates. All entrances are accessible for guests with disabilities.

  • Gate A is located on the West Sideline off Central Avenue
  • Gate B is located on the Northwest Plaza
  • Gate C is located on the Northeast Plaza
  • Gate D is located on the East Plaza off Elm Street
  • Gate E is located on the Southeast Plaza off Mehring Way
  • East Club VIP
  • West Club VIP

Paul Brown Stadium has over 1000 handicapped seating areas available; if you have special seating needs please contact the Bearcats ticket office at 1.877.CATS.TIX. Our Ticket office is open Monday - Friday 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. On game day, handicapped seating can be arranged by visiting the North Ticket office (located between Gate B and Gate C on the north end of the stadium).

The Fan Zone is a pregame event located in the Southeast corner on the Plaza between Gates D and E. It begins two and a half (2.5) hours prior to kickoff and ends thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of the game. The Fan Zone consists of the following attractions:

  • Music
  • Food and Beverage
  • Free Interactive Games

To inquire about lost items, please contact Paul Brown Stadium Security at 513-455-4850, Monday through Friday. All items must be picked up within 30 days.

For any medical emergency while inside Paul Brown Stadium, notify any Paul Brown Stadium Team Member, who will contact medical assistance. If patrons know in advance that they may need to exit Paul Brown Stadium for a medical emergency, they may register at the Plaza Level First Aid room located in the north end zone closest to Gate C, prior to or upon departure for later admittance.

Patrons may not enter the playing field at any time. VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED.

Only accredited members of the media, authorized Bearcats staff, and Visiting team staff are permitted access to the Press Box.

For security reasons, the following items WILL NOT be permitted inside Paul Brown Stadium:

  • Food or beverages
  • Bottles and cans
  • Umbrellas
  • Coolers
  • Backpacks
  • Large purses and bags
  • Laser pointers
  • Noisemakers
  • Compressed gases, such as air horns
  • Knives, guns, etc.
  • Any explosives, such as firecrackers
  • Flashes on cameras

Cameras and video recorders will be permitted into Paul Brown Stadium without cases. Any items brought into the stadium are subject to inspection by the police or security personnel. Thank you for your cooperation.

Hand-held radios and televisions are permitted as long as you listen with an earpiece or headphone. Please be considerate of neighboring fans when using radios or televisions.

Guests leaving the stadium before or during events will not be allowed back into the stadium. Medical emergencies are the ONLY exceptions.

Paul Brown Stadium is a smoke-free facility. As a result of recent legislation, smoking is no longer permitted in any public place, including all areas of Paul Brown Stadium. Your cooperation in following this policy is appreciated. Guests who fail to comply with the policy after appropriate warnings may be subject to ejection from Paul Brown Stadium.

Tailgating is permitted in parking lots surrounding the stadium. Guests are asked to not block other parking spaces or interfere with other guests. For any questions regarding tailgating please call Central Parking at 513-946-8100.

Game days:  The UC Ticket Office will be located between Gates B and C at Paul Brown Stadium on game days. The UC ticket office will open four (4) hours prior to kickoff. 

All Will Calls on game day will open one and a half (1.5) hours prior to kickoff.

North Ticket Office (main ticket office)- located between Gate C and the Pro Shop will handle:

  • Selling Walkup tickets beginning 4 hours prior to game (beginning at 9am for noon games)
  • Paid will call
  • Football player pass list
  • PSA Tickets for Olympic Sports
  • Any ticketing issue, reprints, etc

Gate B will handle:

  • Visiting team will call

East Ticket office - located next to Gate D and Club East entrance will handle:

  • STUDENT TICKETS: any student who needs to pick up their student season ticket or would like to pick up a free student ticket. We will have preprinted tickets available for them to pick up with a valid UC student ID.  We will also be able to do student reprints from this office. They cannot get free student tickets at the main ticket office.

Gate F:

  • Media will call

Non-game days:  The UC Ticket Office is located on the campus of the University of Cincinnati during non-game days. The UC Ticket Office is located in the Lindner Center in Suite 480.
